TsAGI and NASA to Acquire Data to Improve Methods of Computational Aerohydrodynamics
At the MAKS-2013 on 28 August TsAGI and NASA signed an agreement to conduct cooperation on the acquisition of data for computational fluid dynamic method validation and wind tunnel facility comparison.

Irkut Corporation, International Aeronavigation Systems Inc. and TsAGI create on-board vortex safety system for MS-21
Irkut Corporation (part of UAC) President Oleg Demchenko, International Aeronavigation Systems President Mikhail Kizilov and Zhukovsky Central Aero-Hydrodynamic Institute Executive Director Sergey Chernyshev sighed a tripartite agreement at the MAKS-2013 international aviation and space salon for the creation and installation on the MS-21 mid-range plane of an on-board vortex safety system.

Albert Bulatov, an employee with the TsAGI scientific production complex, has won a gold medal at the world aircraft modelling championships, in the free-flight models category F1B (rubber motor models).

TsAGI to present models of future aircraft at MAKS-2013
Zhukovsky Central Aero-Hydrodynamic Institute will take part in the International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS-2013 and will act as organizer of a joint exposition by seven Russian aviation science centers. TsAGI, CIAM, VIAM, GosNIIAS, LII, SibNIA and FSE "GkNIPAS" who will present their scientific and technological achievements in an exhibition space of over 400 square meters, located in Pavilion № D2.
